BE Recruitment are recruiting a fettler for a sheetmetal, engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester, LE7.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00
Pay: 13 - 16
Overtime 1.5x Pay - Available most weekends.
Temp to Perm!
Job Responsibilities:
- Grind and sand metal products to eliminate defects and smooth surfaces.
- Remove rough spots, press marks, and defects using power tools (grinders, brushes, etc.).
- Fettling, grinding, deburring, and polishing metal components.
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools like Sanders, Air Saws, and Electrical Hand Grinders.
- Read and work from technical drawings.
- Ensure timely completion of jobs by coordinating with the Production Manager.
- Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
