Ideal Recruit is currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our client’s fast-paced inbound team based in Leicester (LE19 area). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and support the inbound warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets

Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance

Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company standards

Communicate effectively with staff and management

Maintain accurate system and operational records

Promote a positive, high-energy working environment

Proven experience in warehouse operations

Strong system knowledge and excellent computer skills

Previous experience in team leadership or supervisory roles

Excellent communication and people management abilities

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong organisational skills
