In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed bills for accurate tenders, as well as the presentation and hand over of tenders to the Project Team. You will also be responsible for risk evaluations and remedies, advising on risks, whilst working closely with supply chains and third-party/subcontractors, conducting occasional site visits.
The ideal Estimator will have an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry. You will also have previous experience in an Estimator role as well as having good organisational and communication skills.
The role:
- Preparing detailed bills for accurate tenders

- Working closely with Supply Chain/Subcontractors
