The Role:
- Join our Leicester office as a Contentious Probate Paralegal
- Support the Head of Team and wider litigation team
- Handle diverse caseload including: Contesting Will validity Inheritance Act disputes Trustee disputes Estate disputes
- Represent clients from across England & Wales
What we are looking for:
- Experience in contentious probate, commercial litigation, or general wills and probate
- Ability to manage workload confidently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player mentality
