  • Taking full responsibility for credit control across a group of companies within the professional services sector.
  • Managing the full credit control process, including chasing overdue payments and escalating cases when required.
  • Liaising with clients to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
  • Identifying debts requiring escalation and managing legal recovery processes where appropriate.
  • Supporting the business’s financial operations while contributing to its ongoing growth and success.
