Introduction to the Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business to support their E-Commerce team with customer service, administrative tasks, data analysis and client support. They are a successful company looking to grow their team in this newly created position.
Description of the role:
- Supporting members and suppliers with queries including account creation and data support.
- Supporting the E-commerce team with general administrative and customer service tasks.
- Analysing E-commerce data on Excel, being able to extract information and create reports.
- Supporting the on-boarding of new members and suppliers onto the E-commerce platform.
- Being first point of contact for members and suppliers, being able to deal with their queries.
- Analysing and creating spreadsheets within Excel.
About you:
- Experience of working within a client focused environment, being able to support with queries.
- Confident using Excel to create reports, create spreadsheets and analyse client data.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly.
