Job Role: Bench Hand / Assembler
Location: Leicester
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday 6am - 6pm (46.40 Hours) Friday - OFF
Salary: 14.86 per hour

Role Accountabilities:
Due to continued growth, the company is now recruiting Bench Hand / Assembler in the Leicestershire area.
- Proficient at de-burring techniques such as blending and polishing.
- Proficient use of air tools and fly presses to include the clocking of fixtures, vices and angle plates.
- Proficient use of hand assembly techniques.
- Inspection of work using Vernier's, Micrometres, Depth Micrometres and Gauges.
- Undertake Vibro Etch, Stamping, Inkjet Part Mark and Dot Peening to identity markings for components.

- Must have a conscientious and methodical approach to work
- Capability to work with hand tools / manual equipment
- Working to production timelines in a manufacturing environment.
- Working with SOPs and Company specific documentation.
- Self-driven, results orientated, with a positive outlook.
- Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
- Attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
- Working to deadlines.
- Managing workload effectively, prioritising where necessary.
