What You’ll Do
- Operational Support: Help manage stock levels, audits, compliance, and banking
- Leadership: Motivate and support a passionate team alongside the Store Manager
- Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering outstanding, personalised service
- Visual Standards: Support merchandising and promotional campaigns to keep the store looking its best
- Step-Up Leadership: Confidently run the store in the absence of the Store Manager
What You’ll Bring
