eCommerce & Marketplace lead

Leicester - Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)

Are you ready to take ownership of a high-growth D2C eCommerce function and help drive an exciting brand to the next level?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, creative consumer goods business that’s making waves in the world of licensed and branded products. They’re scaling fast across the UK, Europe and US and they’re now looking for a dynamic Head of D2C eCommerce to lead their digital growth journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and develop the D2C strategy across websites (Shopify), Amazon (Vendor/Seller) and marketplaces like TikTok Shop and Mirakl.
  • Drive online revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention.
  • Optimise site trading and customer experience to increase conversion and AOV.
  • Collaborate across teams on product launches, campaigns and new channel development.
  • Manage digital marketing channels (PPC, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates) with agency or in-house support.
  • Analyse data, report on key KPIs and make commercially-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with Creative, Product and Operations teams, leading a small eComm team and supporting wider business growth.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience leading and scaling D2C eCommerce - ideally within consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle or a brand-led product environment.
  • Confident managing Shopify platforms, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and marketplaces.
  • Strong commercial mindset - comfortable owning budgets, trading reports and growth plans.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and how to drive ROI across digital channels.
  • A hands-on, data-driven and energetic approach to problem-solving.
