Groundworkers long term work

Morson Vital are looking for multiple full-time Clean Water Gangs in Leicester and the East Midlands. This is long-term works, estimated for the next 4 years across the Midlands. Monday to Friday working 08:00-17:00, plus weekends 08:00-16:00 if desired. Induction and training provided.

We are looking for 30 people to attend customer properties around the Leicester & East Midlands area to install or replace water meters within the boundary box, and 6 people to form a reinstatement gang. Starts available in January, February and March. These roles involve travel across the Midlands, however vans provided.

Requirements for the role of Clean Water Gangs –

At least one person in each 2-person team must be able to drive – vehicle provided

Reliable and able to use a tablet device to accept jobs & upload pictures etc

Previous experience would be ideal, but we are happy to provide training for those who are looking for a new career path

Good customer service and a friendly manner, as you will be dealing with the general public

Previous groundworks experience

Pay rate: CIS £141.48-£420.46 - this is based on a guaranteed bonus scheme

Full-time working day shifts

Long-term work – estimated 4 years’ worth of work

Weekend work available on a flat rate

Training, induction and PPE provided
