My client, a specialist provider of electrical testing services across a range of commercial and industrial settings, is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test & Inspection Engineer to join their growing team. With work spanning schools, hospitals, office blocks, retail units, and industrial facilities, the business ensures that all fixed wiring, switchgear, and control equipment is fully compliant and safe for continued use.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to join a high-performing team, with strong earning potential and extensive job security. My client values their field engineers highly - they are the face of the company - and rewards them accordingly.
A generous commission structure means that once the minimum daily circuits are completed, engineers are paid a premium per additional circuit, offering substantial earning potential. Last year, the average bonus earned was £12,000, with higher achievers earning even more.
The role also comes with a fully expensed company van that can be used for personal mileage, and access to Vivup - offering 800+ discounts on holidays, shopping, gyms, and more.
