About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our forward-thinking M&E Design Consultancy. With a portfolio spanning Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hotel & Leisure, Residential, Retail, and Hospitality sectors, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a diverse range of high-profile construction projects across the UK.

As a key member of our 20-strong multidisciplinary team, you will take ownership of electrical design from concept through to delivery — ensuring technical excellence, innovation, and sustainability are at the heart of every project. Working closely with clients, architects, and contractors, you’ll have the autonomy to lead design stages and contribute to strategic decision-making.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with a proven background in building services design and a desire to advance your career toward Associate Director or Director level. You’ll demonstrate strong leadership qualities, commercial awareness, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality design will be key to your success.
