We are seeking an Electrician for a temporary contract in social housing properties across the East Midlands.
The position offers an hourly rate of £25 - £27, along with a van and fuel card.
Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, AM2, 18th edition & 2391, and experience in social housing.
The role involves remedial work, general electrical maintenance, and participation in a call-out rota.
There is potential for the contract to become permanent, along with opportunities for call-outs and professional development.

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across the East Midlands. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent, with a van and fuel card provided. This role consists of remedial work within tenanted properties.

The Electrician will receive:

Hourly rate £25 - £27
Van and fuel card provided
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Opportunity for call outs and development

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Remedial work in social housing properties across the East Midlands
General electrical maintenance
Extractor fans, lighting, sockets
Call out rota (standby rate and pay per job)

We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
AM2
18th edition & 2391
Social housing experience
