Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: Leicestershire
Hours: 2:00pm to 12:00pm Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour

About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturer of architectural joinery products is looking for a skilled and reliable Assembly Operative to join their production team.
You will be responsible for assembling a range of high-quality joinery products using hand and power tools, working in line with technical specifications and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble joinery products to specification using power tools (e.g., impact drills, electric screwdrivers)
- Read and interpret basic assembly instructions and work orders
- Check all parts for quality and accuracy prior to and after assembly
- Work safely and efficiently within a production team
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Support continuous improvement and meet production targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an assembly or production role (ideally in joinery, manufacturing, or engineering)
- Confident using power tools, including drills and screwdrivers
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hands-on attitude
