About the RoleWe are looking for an organised, driven, and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a background in education recruitment, particularly in the supply teaching sector, to join our growing people and culture team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality teaching talent is maintained and proactively sourced to meet the dynamic needs of our network of schools and education partners.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone who thrives on building strong candidate relationships, managing recruitment pipelines, and ensuring excellent hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for supply and fixed-term teaching roles across multiple regions.

Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pool of supply teachers, support staff, and other education professionals.

Liaise with hiring managers and school leaders to understand recruitment needs and timelines.

Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and education recruitment platforms.

Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate candidate shortlists and interview logistics.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding, background checks, and all relevant education sector regulations.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and process data.

Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates and reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

Support wider projects including workforce planning, candidate experience initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.

Proven experience in education recruitment, ideally within an agency or internal school-based setting.

Strong knowledge of the supply teaching market, including compliance and safeguarding procedures.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Confident working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
