Our client is a highly respected financial services business and due to growth, they are seeking a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support their leadership team and wider office.

This is a part-time position offering flexibility around working days and hours (20–30 hours per week), making it ideal for someone seeking a work-life balance while maintaining a hands-on, varied role.

 

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA or office manager with a background in professional services. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business, supporting Partners and the wider team with everything from diary management to office operations and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Executive diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating internal/external events and room bookings
  • Answering inbound calls and managing general enquiries
  • Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Monitoring and maintaining First Aid and Fire Safety compliance
  • Office policy development and implementation
  • Ensuring team training and compliance tasks are up to date
  • Maintaining IT/mobile inventory and ordering supplies
  • Overseeing office maintenance and liaising with service providers
  • Producing documents and binding presentations
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative projects as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a PA, EA, or senior admin role (financial or professional services preferred)
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Tech-literate and experienced in standard office systems
