SF Recruitment are working with an instantly recognisable business in Leicestershire with their search for a Finance Analyst to join their team and play a key role in delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive business support. This is an ideal opportunity for a part or newly qualified accountant looking to develop their career within a large & forward-thinking business in Leicestershire.
Duties of the Finance Analyst:
- Produce and provide accurate financial reporting, analysing outcomes and recommending improvements.
- Support ongoing projects, managing business expectations and ensuring financial integrity.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice queries efficiently.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business and external partners to support decision-making.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheets as part of the month-end process.
- Collaborate closely with our extended finance team in Pune to ensure accuracy in reporting and invoicing.
The ideal Finance Analyst:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ideally studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships across teams.
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of finance systems and strong Excel skills.
