Senior Account Executive - Leading commercial insurance broker
Negotiable basic salary £55K- £70K + Bonus +Commissions+ Excellent package of benefits
Location; East Midlands: Lincoln, Peterborough, Leicester, Nottingham, Newark, Loughborough, Mansfield, Derby, Coventry or surrounding areas.
This role is for an award-winning commercial insurance broker in the East Midlands where you’ll fully supported and rewarded financially and professionally.
- The requirement is for a talented individual looking to develop a career in the client management team at a well-established and expanding commercial brokerage.

- The role works with a large range of businesses, with outstanding propositions, products, full handling and placement support.
- This role will focus primarily on the management of an existing portfolio of varied client insurance programmes within the mid-market sector. The bilk of the client base are long standing customers who view the insurance broker as a "trusted advisor".
- From time to time there will be a requirement to manager enquiries and further opportunities from the client base
- All the key elements to ensure success- niche and specialist products, supported by a technically superb commercial team … you will be able to focus your energies in front of clients and prospects.
- You will additionally work closely with senior management and technical teams on complex risks and commercial insurance programmes.

You
- You’ll be a driven, ambitious individual seeking to develop a career within the commercial insurance space- you’ll probably be in an Account Executive, Development Executive or senior broking role currently, although the business is prepared to train someone looking to step up from other areas within the commercial insurance sector.
- You will combine exceptional relationship management skills with a natural flair for sales and strong commercial acumen.
- You will be well organised and used to working well to deadlines within an advisory business dealing with a wide range of commercial business clients across multiple business sectors.
