Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler looking to join a respected, well-known insurance broker with a strong reputation for client service and professional development? Our client, one of the leading names in the insurance broking sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Handler to join their friendly and professional team in Hinckley.

This is a full-time, office-based role working in a supportive team that is known for its impeccable client service. Founded in 1995, our client has expanded significantly, this impressive growth has been substantially driven by strategic acquisitions of independent brokers, allowing them to operate effectively across SME, corporate, and personal lines. As a recognised Midlands "regional powerhouse", they boast ambitious future growth targets, making this an exciting time to join a team crucial to their continued success and expansion.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Handling renewals, MTAs, and new business enquiries.
  • Providing tailored insurance solutions and excellent client service.
  • Using Acturis to manage policies, documents, and communications.
  • Liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and cover.
  • Ensuring all activities are completed in line with FCA compliance.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, and exposure to a broad range of commercial insurance products.
  • Acturis experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to client servicing.
