Finance Business Partner - Permanent - £55,000 - £65,000 per annum - Leicester
Macildowie are supporting a growing organisation in their search for a Finance Business Partner. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum and a hybrid working model (3-4 days in the office).
This is more than just a reporting role, it's about driving change, challenging assumptions, and turning numbers into stories that influence real decisions. Acting as the link between finance and the wider business, you'll play a vital role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring teams across the organisation are supported with clear, data-led insight.Working closely with operational leads and senior stakeholders, you'll bring a balance of technical knowledge and commercial curiosity, contributing to everything from monthly performance reviews to strategic forecasting.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with non-finance teams to support performance and profitability
- Producing clear, actionable reporting and management information
- Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles across business units
- Analysing key financial data and trends to guide decision-making
- Bringing rigour to processes while supporting continuous improvement
- Presenting meaningful insights at a senior level
What we're looking for:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with at least 2 years PQE
- Confident communicator with strong business partnering experience
- Able to simplify complex financial information for a range of audiences
- Skilled in data analysis, MI reporting, and variance analysis
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and offering new perspectives
- Strong systems knowledge (Excel essential)
