Our client is a fast growing privately held owned international businesses with Group revenues expected to reach £500m in 2026 with the UK’s Head Office Ideally Situated within the Midlands.

As part of the companies continued growth and ambitions FRS have been engaged to assist with the recruitment of experienced and High Profile CEO with a hands-on approach, exceptional leadership, and business development skills to aid with the companies next phase of growth which is likely to include IPO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dynamic leadership and vision to guide the company through the IPO process.
  • Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain the goals of the board and shareholders.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated from the top down and followed at all times.
  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities.
  • Drive the company’s financial performance by managing risks and overseeing the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Work with the CFO to prepare for the company’s IPO and ensure the process is carried out efficiently and in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company (e.g., evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions/divestitures, and major investments).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive role with a successful track record in preparing a company for an IPO.
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the company vision.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA / IOD is a plus.

In return a basic salary up to £350,000 plus profit related annual bonus, Car, Exec Benefits LTIP and Share's / Equity can be offered to reward successful IPO Delivery
