Robert Half is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Senior Finance Business PArtner. This is a pivotal leadership role, working across a multi-site environment, where you'll play a central part in shaping performance, driving commercial decision-making, and ensuring business targets are delivered.
This role is suited to a commercially minded, hands-on finance professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting, building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, and leading on all finance and commercial matters across two business units.
The RoleAs the Senior FBP, you will:

Take full ownership of all finance and commercial matters across a key division

Lead on bid pricing and contract compliance, ensuring alignment with group policies.

Review and validate management accounts and deliver meaningful financial insight.

Own the rolling forecast and annual budget process.

Partner with the Divisional MD, CFO, and senior management team to drive performance and support decision-making.

Work closely with operations to ensure optimal stock levels and on-time delivery performance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and support on commercial contract matters.

Act as a business partner to senior leaders, bringing a commercial, solution-focused approach.
We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least five years' experience in a multi-site business. You will bring:

A strong commercial mindset, with proven success in a senior finance leadership role.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with both finance and operations.

Strong Excel and analytical skills.

(Desirable) Manufacturing sector experience, exposure to process improvement and change management, and a track record in risk identification and mitigation.
