Robert Half is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Senior Finance Business PArtner. This is a pivotal leadership role, working across a multi-site environment, where you'll play a central part in shaping performance, driving commercial decision-making, and ensuring business targets are delivered.

This role is suited to a commercially minded, hands-on finance professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting, building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, and leading on all finance and commercial matters across two business units.

The Role

As the Senior FBP, you will:

  • Take full ownership of all finance and commercial matters across a key division

  • Lead on bid pricing and contract compliance, ensuring alignment with group policies.

  • Review and validate management accounts and deliver meaningful financial insight.

  • Own the rolling forecast and annual budget process.

  • Partner with the Divisional MD, CFO, and senior management team to drive performance and support decision-making.

  • Work closely with operations to ensure optimal stock levels and on-time delivery performance.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and support on commercial contract matters.

  • Act as a business partner to senior leaders, bringing a commercial, solution-focused approach.

About You

We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least five years' experience in a multi-site business. You will bring:

  • A strong commercial mindset, with proven success in a senior finance leadership role.

  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with both finance and operations.

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.

  • (Desirable) Manufacturing sector experience, exposure to process improvement and change management, and a track record in risk identification and mitigation.
