An experienced Food Preparation Assistant/Catering Assistant is needed for a busy Christmas event in Leicester City Centre.
The role requires covering shifts mainly on Fridays and Saturdays, specifically on the 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, and 20th of December from 4pm to 10:30pm.
Candidates must possess a Food Hygiene Certificate and have previous catering experience, as they will be responsible for prepping and plating three courses for up to 400 guests.
Reliability is crucial for this position due to the high volume of guests expected during the event.
