We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our team in Leicester. This role involves handling various warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order processing, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Operator will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and indirectly to the UK Logistics Manager.
Day-to-day of the role:- Picking orders.
- Collating pallets for delivery.
- Operating counterbalance and reach FLT to move pallets from production to the finished goods warehouse.
- Ensuring safe operation and compliance with legal and corporate regulations.
- Picking and packing orders to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
- Replenishing pick face stock from bulk locations as required.
- Participating in various training courses provided in-house.
- Performing other reasonable tasks as requested by the line manager.
- Valid Counterbalance and or Reach FLT License.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility in approach to meet key deadlines and contribute to the development of operations.
