Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Receive and process airfreight bookings, providing quotes in line with customer requirements
  • Book collections and arrange appropriate transport solutions including airfreight and courier services
  • Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations
  • Monitor deliveries and provide updates to clients and internal teams
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and agents to ensure smooth freight movements
  • Complete associated administrative tasks and support operations processes
  • Handle basic accounting functions related to freight jobs
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Report and resolve issues as required to maintain service quality

Essential Skills:

Full UK driving licence (due to location)
