We’re working with a respected, long-established firm based in Leicester who are actively recruiting for an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior or Senior to join their growing team. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of clients across sectors including property, professional services, manufacturing, education and charities - and you’ll be trusted to get stuck in from day one.

What the role looks like:As part of a varied portfolio, you’ll support or lead audits from planning through to completion, prepare year-end accounts, and assist with tax computations. You’ll work closely with managers and partners, contribute to client meetings, and develop strong relationships both internally and externally.

The role can be shaped around your experience - whether you’re ready to manage your own client base or looking to grow into that responsibility, the support and flexibility is there to help you progress.

  • AAT qualified and/or ACA/ACCA part or fully qualified
  • Experience in audit and accounts within a UK accountancy firm
  • Confident preparing accounts and supporting audit fieldwork
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Organised and comfortable working to deadlines
  • A team player who enjoys learning and contributing to shared success
