I'm working with a well-established, forward-thinking accountancy firm in Leicester who are looking to bring in an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This is a client-facing, mixed-role opportunity offering exposure to audits, statutory accounts, and ad hoc advisory projects across a diverse client base. What You'll Be Doing- Leading on-site audits from planning to completion
- Preparing year-end statutory accounts for SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and limited companies
- Reviewing junior team members' work and providing guidance
- Managing a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting with ad hoc advisory projects (e.g. forecasting, due diligence)
- Liaising directly with partners on more complex assignments
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or finalist with strong experience)
- 3+ years' experience in an accountancy practice
- Comfortable leading audits and preparing full accounts
- Confident communicator who enjoys client contact
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Organised, proactive, and eager to progress
- Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
- Flexible working - 1 day remote per week
