We are seeking skilled Bench Hand Joiners / Cabinet Makers to join a busy and growing joinery and fit-out team based in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to secure a permanent role within a well-established workshop that delivers high-quality bespoke joinery for large and prestigious projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Bench hand joinery and cabinet making to a high standard.
Reading and working from technical drawings.
Confident use of woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
Working independently as well as part of a team.
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and workmanship.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bench hand joinery or cabinet making.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Competent in the safe use of woodworking machinery and tools.
Positive, proactive approach with willingness to learn new skills.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Early finish on Fridays.

Start Date: Immediate

Pay Rate: Dependent on experience, with overtime opportunities available.
