Class 1 Removals Driver
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:30am start
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Leicester
We are recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Removals Driver to join a well-established removals company based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven HGV experience who enjoys a hands-on role, travelling, and delivering high-quality customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving Class 1 vehicles for both domestic and commercial removal jobs
- Loading, unloading and securing furniture and goods safely
- Completing long-distance and local routes as required
- Working as part of a friendly, professional removals team
- Providing a courteous and helpful service to customers
- Completing all relevant paperwork accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Previous removals experience or similar physical, customer-facing work
- CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and confident with manual handling
