Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Leicestershire, LE3
Salary: 15 - 16 per hour (Reviewed after 13 weeks)
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)

The Dispatch Supervisor Role:
- Managing a team of 7 drivers
- Route planning
- Liasing with customers via phone and email
- Checking the vans are loaded and unloaded with the correct products
- Booking vans in for MOTs, service and repairs
- Completing paperwork
- Any other duties as required.
The Candidate:
- Must have previous experience either as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- Must have a Full Driving License (no more than 6 points)
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be very flexible during busy periods
- Have previous experience within a manufacturing / engineering environment is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
