- Provide administrative support to the Paraplanning & Advice team with duties such as preparing client packs, processing new business, and arranging meetings
- First point of contact for client queries and resolutions of any issues
- Onboarding new clients to the company and following new account opening processes
- Staying up to date with FCA requirements and Compliance Policies
- Proficient experience with administration in a wealth management environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and back-office systems such as Intelligent Office
- 2+ years industry experience within the wealth management sector or financial services
- Working towards industry relevant qualifications such as DipPFS
- A basic salary of up to £30,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
