The role
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Support onboarding for new clients and users
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
- Communicate updates to customers through email, phone and live chat.
- Assist internal teams with general ad hoc administration
- Processing and managing documentation in line with legislative guidelines.
The candidate
- Strong attention to detail for managing data and documenting interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communicator who enjoys working in a team and individual
