We are a thriving bar, restaurant, and boutique B&B set in the heart of the Noth Norfolk coast. Known for our warm hospitality, quality food, and welcoming atmosphere, were now seeking an experienced Management Couple to take the reins and lead our business into its next exciting chapter.
The Role
As a hands-on Management Couple, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across food, drink, and accommodation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the bar, restaurant, and guest rooms
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong community ties
- Managing and motivating staff, including recruitment and training
- Stock control, ordering, and supplier management and general administation
- Driving sales, events, and promotions to grow the business
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
About You
Were looking for a dynamic duo who bring complementary skills to the role:
- One partner with hospitality/chef or kitchen management experience
- One partner with front-of-house, bar, or business management expertise
- Strong leadership and organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to live on-site and work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
