Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for a contract position in Leicester with a leading Social Housing company.
The role offers a pay rate of £19.77 per hour through CIS/Umbrella PAYE, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
Successful candidates will perform repairs and maintenance, conduct quality checks, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Applicants must possess a City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent, a CSCS Card, multi-trade experience, and a full UK driving license.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position that may include overtime at enhanced rates and an optional call-out rota.

For the successful Multi Trader our client is offering:

£19.77 per hour (CIS/Umbrella PAYE)
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Temporary - Permanent

The Role: Multi Trader

Working throughout Leicester
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations
Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Multi Trader

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
CSCS Card ESSENTIAL
Multi trade experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
