As a Sales Administrator, you will be a key part of the client services team. You will be responsible for supporting and servicing the needs of existing client accounts. Building strong relationships, and ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a creative industry where servicing customer needs are of upmost importance.Key Responsibilities:

Accurately processing a high volume of customer orders via email, phone, and online systems
Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service.
Handling order amendments, backorders, and customer updates
Maintaining customer records and order history in our CRM/ERP system
Identifying buying signals from customers ensuring you conduct thorough fact finds during your calls.
Monitor and report on client performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
