About the Role

A local Midlands recruitment business is hiring aRecruitment Sales Managerto lead their business development efforts across the East Midlands market and beyond. This newly created role is central to the ambitious expansion plans and offers significant autonomy and influence from day one.

The business is alreadywell-known and well-respected in the East Midlands recruitment market, with strong client relationships and a reputation for quality service acrosscommercial, industrial, technical, professional, and niche specialist sectors. Youll work closely with the internalrecruitment and training teams, ensuring clients receive an outstanding end-to-end service.

This is a non-billing, non 360 role focused only on relationship building, business development, and strategic growth. While you wont manage day-to-day delivery, youll work hand-in-hand with a high-performing team to ensure results.

You'll be supported in your success with asteady stream of warm leadsto follow up and develop into long-term partnerships. You should be confident conductingon-site client visitsto deepen relationships and understand operational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • As a sales manager you will drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across multiple sectors
  • Follow up on warm leads and convert them into long-standing partnerships
  • Promote bothtemporary and permanent recruitment services across the group
  • Conduct regular on-site client visits to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Work closely with internal recruitment and training teams to deliver top-tier service
  • Play a strategic role in shaping the companys continued growth across the East Midlands and beyond

About You:

  • Proven track record in recruitment sales across both temp and perm markets
  • Multi-sector experience and strong market knowledge in the East Midlands
  • A network of warm client relationships ready to activate
  • Comfortable with on-site client visits and relationship-led selling
  • Commercially savvy, strategic, and collaborative
  • Confident working in anon-billing but sales role
