Your new companyYou will be joining a fast-growing civil engineering contractor operating in the water industry. This multi-accredited design and build contractor specialises in the delivery of infrastructure solutions within the water sector and has a strong pipeline of work with Severn Trent Water. They offer excellent career progression prospects and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Agent to join their delivery team.

This is a full-time permanent position based in the Nottingham, Derby and Leicester areas. Your new roleAs Site Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations
  • Ensuring adherence with health, safety and environmental policies
  • Reporting progress to key project stakeholders
  • Managing construction activities
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
  • Maintaining budgets and schedules.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you must have:

  • Previous experience in civil works within the water (clean or waste) industry in a site management capacity
  • CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
  • Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental policies
  • Ability to manage construction activities and coordinate subcontractors
  • Full UK driving licence.
