Sous chef - live in - Rosette

Sous Chef, £50,000 salary, 40 hour contract per week, live in available if required (which is about 1 mile away). This hotel in Leicestershire is all fresh food and has high standards. The kitchen within this hotel uses fresh and local produce to create some top dishes. Sous Chef required with a fresh food background. MUST DRIVE

The role:
We are looking for a Sous Chef who will support the Head Chef. You will ensure the sections are all ready for service and the banqueting side is ready for any weddings. You will jump onto sections when required, you will train the chefs and carry out food orders when Head Chef is off. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties.

Experience:
We are looking for a Sous Chef with a fresh food background, previous Rosette experience would be beneficial. You will have good knife skills, beorganisedand able to be hands on.
