Are you passionate about working with young people and interested in developing a career in education? Clarence Recruitment are urgently seeking enthusiastic Unqualified Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Instructors to support a variety of secondary schools across Leicester and Leicestershire.
These roles are ideal for individuals who have experience working with young people and want to step confidently into the classroom-whether you're a HLTA, TA, Instructor, Coach, or someone with strong school-based experience looking to progress.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
Supporting pupils' learning and ensuring work is completed
Playing an active role in school life and contributing to pupils' progress
Gaining invaluable experience for those considering a teaching career
What We're Looking For
You should be:
Eligible to work in the UK
Experienced in working with young learners in an educational or coaching setting
Confident with classroom and behaviour management
Able to follow instruction, use initiative and work well within a team
Strong in literacy and numeracy
Motivated, professional and enthusiastic about supporting young people
Able to provide recent references and hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
