What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH
  • Supporting emotional regulation and encouraging positive behaviour
  • Assisting teachers with lessons and personalised learning plans
  • Building strong, consistent relationships that help pupils feel safe and engaged
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet pupils' needs

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting children or young people (in education, youth work, care, sports coaching or similar)
  • Calm, patient, and nurturing with a proactive approach
  • Ability to build trust and maintain consistency in challenging situations
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
