They're now looking for an experienced German Speaking Customer Service Team Leader to manage and develop a small European support team, ensuring outstanding service across all markets.

The Role

As the German Speaking Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee a small team of German and French-speaking advisors. You'll provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service while driving performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Lead and support a small team of German and French-speaking advisors
  • Handle complex or escalated customer queries via email, phone, chat, and social media
  • Coach team members and assist with onboarding and training
  • Ensure all customer interactions are resolved efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate with departments such as logistics, e-commerce, and marketing

The Candidate

  • Fluent in German (French advantageous) and English, both spoken and written
