Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 per annum

They're now looking for an experienced German Speaking Customer Service Team Leader to manage and develop a small European support team, ensuring outstanding service across all markets.
The Role
As the German Speaking Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee a small team of German and French-speaking advisors. You'll provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service while driving performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and support a small team of German and French-speaking advisors
- Handle complex or escalated customer queries via email, phone, chat, and social media
- Coach team members and assist with onboarding and training
- Ensure all customer interactions are resolved efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with departments such as logistics, e-commerce, and marketing
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices
The Candidate
- Fluent in German (French advantageous) and English, both spoken and written
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service
- Experience handling escalated or complex queries
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-support skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
