- Act as the first point of contact for customers on all Housing Management matters
- Provide administrative support to the Housing Management team
- Engage in daily contact with tenants and their representatives regarding tenancy conditions and issues
- Assist with advice and information on tenancy breaches, anti-social behavior, and rent arrears
- Manage Right to Buy and Mutual Exchange cases, including property inspections
- Maintain and allocate waiting lists for garages and sites
- Support new tenants through the sign-up process
- Compile papers for legal action when necessary
- Ensure high standards of health and safety and promote equality and diversity
- Experience in a customer service or housing management environment
- Knowledge of tenancy agreements and housing policies is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Commitment to continuous improvement and excellent service delivery
