This role is vital in providing frontline support to tenants and assisting in the smooth delivery of housing services. You will play a key part in maintaining excellent service standards and supporting the team’s wider objectives.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers on all Housing Management matters
  • Provide administrative support to the Housing Management team
  • Engage in daily contact with tenants and their representatives regarding tenancy conditions and issues
  • Assist with advice and information on tenancy breaches, anti-social behavior, and rent arrears
  • Manage Right to Buy and Mutual Exchange cases, including property inspections
  • Maintain and allocate waiting lists for garages and sites
  • Support new tenants through the sign-up process
  • Compile papers for legal action when necessary
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety and promote equality and diversity
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in a customer service or housing management environment
  • Knowledge of tenancy agreements and housing policies is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and excellent service delivery
