Are you a strategic and delivery-focused HR professional with a proven track record of leading complex change programmes?

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Project Manager to join a longstanding organisation undergoing significant transformation. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape and deliver impactful HR programmes.

About the Role:

Working with senior stakeholders and reporting to the HR Director or Managing Director (depending on placement), you will lead critical HR projects from scoping through to implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-quality HR delivery in line with organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects, including TUPE transfers, reward reviews, HRIS implementations, restructures, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape and deliver HR transformation initiatives.
  • Implement flexible and hybrid working frameworks to support new ways of working.
  • Deliver employee engagement and culture change initiatives, with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead or contribute to talent acquisition strategy, reducing reliance on agencies and improving internal capability.
  • Coach and influence senior stakeholders to adopt progressive, people-first HR practices.
  • Analyse HR data and risk to support project governance and board-level reporting.

About You:

  • Demonstrated success managing TUPE, system rollouts (e.g. SAP HR replacement), restructures, and pension scheme transitions.
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills, able to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in complex matrix environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset.
