This role will ideally suit a student looking for a GAP year placement not just for the Summer, or someone who is finishing their studies this year and is looking to gain experience.  

What You Will Do:

- Assist employees with travel visa applications, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and on time.

- Maintain up-to-date employee data, including right-to-work checks and driving licence validations, while ensuring confidentiality.

- Support training administration and keep training records updated in line with internal processes.

- Provide assistance with on-boarding, off-boarding, employee well-being, and other HR-related projects.

- Process invoices for the HR and Facilities team, ensuring compliance with internal payment procedures.

- Coordinate staff events and support initiatives like the Learn to Ride and Cycle to Work schemes.

What You Will Bring:

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
