Responsibilities of the Asset Surveyor:
- Oversee the inspections for general repairs raised and then sending it off to insurance companies to see whether the amount is approved, if not to re-inspect and raise schedule of works to contractors
- The work will mainly be carried out on general tenanted properties for structural repairs or occasional fire inspections
- Drawing specifications and raising and progressing works orders
- Maintaining customer relations in occupied properties
- Contract management
- HHSRS/ Decent Homes work
