Account Manager
Frontline recruitment is seeking a proactive Account Manager to grow sales and enhance customer engagement across our clients brands. This primarily remote role involves developing new business leads, managing growth-focused accounts, and supporting the transition of accounts to internal or external Sales Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through calls, emails, and lead sourcing.
- Identify and grow underperforming accounts to meet or exceed targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Gather and analyse customer information to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales projects and account management.
Requirements:
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience; food industry experience is desirable.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams/Zoom/Skype.
