Insurance Rental Manager

Come and join an expanding, fast moving team where customers and clients are at the heart of everything we do. You will be a motivated and experienced call centre manager looking to motivate and lead our teams to continued success.

Your main duties will include:
* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all customers
* Able to engage, influence and negotiate with Clients, Suppliers and Colleagues
* Attend customer review meetings and take the lead on all points relating to operational performance
* Maintaining a positive attitude, with the willingness to offer and execute ideas and solutions to enhance processes
* Lead a team of agents, team leaders and call centre managers
* Undertake regular 1:1s and ensure the team are performing in line with agreed service levels.
* Manage the operational performance and KPIs for our accounts, as well as working alongside the Business Services Department ensuring standards and KPIs are achieved at all times.
* Develop, update and work with Project teams to implement new systems, products and processes to improve efficiency and maximise customer potential.
* Monitor reservations to complaint ratio and Determine improvement plans.

The Ideal candidate will have:
* 3 years experience working within Insurance or Rentals at management level
* Good knowledge of the Motor Claims process
* First class IT - knowledge of all Microsoft and Google packages
* Work well under pressure and achieve deadlines
* excellent time management
* Experience of managing a call centre team

A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
