They are committed to inclusivity and value the diverse experiences that each individual brings to the team.As a Claims Trainer, you will be integral to the Learning & Development team, supporting the Claims Operations function. This role ensures the delivery and evaluation of training initiatives that directly impact performance, customer satisfaction, and business success.Role & Responsibilities of the Claims Trainer:

  • Delivering engaging, practical learning experiences that translate effectively to the workplace
  • Conducting training evaluation, compiling reports, and sharing insights across departments
  • Planning and executing training for induction, upskilling, and cross-skilling - including systems, technical knowledge, and soft skills
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to support training needs and stay informed on changes impacting claims operations
  • Providing one-to-one coaching, feedback, and performance insights
  • Supporting training needs across the wider team when required

About You as the Claims Trainer:

  • A solid background in insurance with a deep understanding of claims processes, strategies, and systems
  • Proven experience in facilitating training, workshops, and engaging presentations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to connect with learners empathetically and effectively adapt your delivery
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, using data insights to drive training impact
  • Strong coaching and feedback capabilities
