We are currently recruiting a Raw Materials Coordinator for one of the UK's leading manufacturers of paper consumables. The ideal candidate will need to have experience working within a warehouse or similar environment and to be competent using excel internal systems.

The Raw Materials Coordinator Role;
- Operate FLT equipment to ensure the safe unloading of raw material goods
- Guarantee the supply of raw materials to the production teams to ensure the continuous manufacturing of our famous products
- Hold accountability for the rotation of the raw materials in the warehouse ensuring compliance with governing bodies
- Arrange for samples of raw materials for quality control consistently as per the group procedure
- Produce the correct labels for stock within the warehouse
- Ensure the correct paperwork is produced and filed correctly in accordance with guidelines
- Lead the Raw Material Warehouse Operators in their daily activities
- Adhere to all company polices
- Stock control and management
- Liaise with the planning department regarding production schedules to ensure the raw materials are within stock
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports using the SAP system
The Raw Materials Coordinator Candidate;
- Experience working within a warehouse or similar environment is required
- Counterbalance/Reach FLT license
- Demonstrable experience using computers including Microsoft office and SAP
